We will consider contributions in the following formats.
- Regular talk: 15 minutes plus Q&A
- Poster
- Symposia consisting of three or four talks on a common topic
How to submit
Regular talks and posters: Send an abstract, maximum 200 words.
Symposia: The symposium organizer should submit
- A short description of the symposium (maximum 200 words)
- Abstracts (maximum 200 words per abstract) and author details (presenter’s email address and names and affiliations for all authors) for all presentations
Deadline for all submissions: Friday February 5, 2027.
Registration and fees
Registration will open in March 2027.
The conference fee will include three nights’ accommodation at Sinatur Storebælt, Nyborg.
We anticipate the full conference fee for faculty, including accommodation, will be around 6000 DKK (approximately 800 EUR).
We plan to have a reduced rate for graduate students. More details to come.

Posters: You should print and bring your own poster.
